Delivery Information

We currently ship with Royal Mail which means all UK (excluding ROI and NI) are next day delivery. Love My Tan takes no responsibility for orders stopped in transit and no refunds or replacements will be sent. All UK orders (Excluding ROI and NI) are next day however please understand that delays can occur and are out with our control. You will be notified by email and/or text by Royal Mail to alert you of your shipment and any delays that may occur. They also take a photo of where the parcel was delivered therefore we cannot accept claims for mis delivery or missing parcels. Any parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour we are unable to accept responsibility if the parcel is stolen and therefore will not send a replacement. In the event your parcel does go missing or gets lost in transit please contact us. We will then raise a claim with Royal Mail which can take 10 working days until a decision is reached however we will ensure you are kept up to date.
